Back in October of 2005, I went on a photography expedition to Mammoth in California. This week-long trip was taught by a professional fine art photographer.  Along with two other friends, we spent the week exploring the area, taking loads of photos, and just having a great time. I picked some of my favorite photos and then wrote haiku poems to go with the photos. The result became "The Little Book of Mammoth Haiku." (Yup, pun intended.) I printed a couple of copies of the book and had fun hand-binding them. They became gifts for the expedition participants.
